Practice Details:

Fantastic opportunity for an Ob/Gyn to join a team of three physicians at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook. If you are passionate about your work, and are looking to practice in a welcoming community setting where the lifestyle opportunities are endless be it golf, mountain biking, hiking, rivers for fishing and other water sports, and skiing this is it!



You will have equal share of OR time in an excellent hospital with supportive specialties and share equally in on-call obligations. We have a neo-natal unit and dedicated pediatricians on site as well as urology, psychiatry, IM and general surgery. Additional support in the region, includes a group of obstetrical family physicians who do primary obstetrics as well as 4 midwives.



There are up to 35 rural surgical locum days coverage available annually. Additionally, incentives apply to physicians living and working in rural communities in BC and provide service at least 9 months a year. If interested, you have the option to join the private clinic with the other group members with shared overhead or start your own practice.
