On call requirements:
With a 1:5 to 1:6 on-call rotation, including one weeknight and every 5th Saturday, you'll have plenty of time to relax and reset in between.
Compensation:
Estimated Gross Income
As a pediatrician in Vernon, you'll earn between $300,000-$400,000 when working full-time hours, thanks to the fee-for-service model and MOCAP level 1.
Additional Incentives
For a full-time position, we offer up to $9,000 in assistance if moving within BC, up to $12,000 within Canada, and up to $15,000 from outside Canada. Please note incentives are subject to change and current rates are confirmed at the time of offer.
