$300 000 - $400 000 (gross) pending billings/FTE
RSA Incentives
Rural Incentives include:
Recruitment bonus: $20,000
Relocation: $9,000 - $15,000 based on move location
Fee Premium: 14.00%
Annual Retention: $21,696.00
Rural CME: max of $5,720 /year after 4 years in practice
