This job posting is for a position covered by the Provincial Health Officer’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination order, and selected applicant(s) must comply with the requirements of the order.

Qualifications:
  • Eligible for Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)
  • Licensure, or eligible for licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC); and mandatory coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
Call Schedule:

Hours of work: We want your locum experience in Vernon to be a great one - our schedules ensure you'll have time to explore when you're not working.
On call requirements: Our on-call hours are structured at a 1:10 ratio.

As a locum anesthesiologist in Vernon, you can expect prorated compensation of around $300,000 to $400,000 annually, through a fee-for-service payment structure, plus MOCAP level 1.
