Practice rural family medicine within a 15-minute drive of Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBRH) in Trail, BC, which offers comprehensive specialist services. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of being just 30 minutes away from the world-class ski resort, Red Mountain.

Benefit from exceptional continuity of care within our clinic, thanks to our close-knit community and the presence of experienced allied health professionals and staff. Our on-site lab facilitates bloodwork, ECGs, and minor surgeries, ensuring efficient patient care. With upcoming retirements, we have openings for one or two more family physicians to join our team.

Choose your preferred work schedule, whether part-time or full-time, with flexible hours and 6-8 weeks of vacation annually. There are no call requirements, allowing you to fully enjoy the picturesque surroundings of Fruitvale or the nearby ski haven of Rossland.

For new-to-practice physicians, we offer lucrative salaried contracts, caring for up to 800 patients over two years, along with generous recruitment incentives including a $25,000 sign-in bonus and up to $130,000 in debt repayment, encompassing private loans and lines of credit. Compensation is salary, fee for service, or LFP.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS)
• Eligible for licensure with CPSBC
• Certificant of College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP)
• Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association is mandatory
• Qualifications needed for optional hospital-based work vary. Inquire for details.
