Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service
Estimated Remuneration: 300K based on full-time
Physician Overhead: Dependent on hours worked, but competitive.

Rural Incentives include:
Recruitment bonus: $15,000
Relocation: $9,000 - $15,000 based on move location
Fee Premium: 11.34%
Annual Retention: $17,573.76
Rural CME: max of $4840.00 /year after 4 years in practice
