There is a population of approximately 35,000 in Williams Lake and surrounding areas with a total population of 62,000 for the Cariboo Regional District. Cariboo Memorial Hospital is looking for a part-time Urologist. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
The candidate we seek will be competent with full scope of general urologic practice, and we will give additional preference to a candidate with experience in reconstructive urology and management of complex incontinence.

Recruitment bonus: $3,750 (based on 0.25 FTE)
Relocation: $9,000 - $15,000 based on move location
Fee Premium: 12.32%
Annual Retention: $19,092.48
Rural CME: max of $ 4,840/year after 4 years in practice

Cariboo Memorial Hospital:
Cariboo Memorial is under renovation with planned completion of 2026! Currently, CMH is a Level 2 Community Hospital in Williams Lake with 28 inpatient beds. CMH hospital offers ER, OR, Med-Surg, and Obstetrical units. Lab and diagnostic imaging and outpatient Hemodialysis Unit are operated on-site. The CMH redevelopment project includes an addition to the existing hospital as well as renovations to the existing facility. The addition will add 25 in-patient beds for a total of 53, a new emergency department and mental-health unit.
