This position is a 3 to 5 year term renewable by mutual agreement between the agency and the individual up to a maximum of 10 years. Previous leadership experience preferred.
As the Site Chief of Staff, you will be expected to be a physician administrator and medical leader who works to achieve a collaborative relationship between physicians and administration in Interior Health based on our organizational culture and its objectives. This role will include supporting a high functioning hospital in continuous quality improvement, supporting departments in recruitment credentialing and privileging, and leading physician engagement and development throughout the site.
You will have the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic team of physician and operational leaders in developing and implementing new programs serving the needs of the population of 100 Mile House and Interior Health.

Vernon Jubilee Hospital (VJH) is a 196-bed facility and a beacon of healthcare excellence in Vernon, British Columbia. Serving as the primary hospital in the North Okanagan region, VJH provides comprehensive acute care, along with advanced medical services and technology.
