RSA Incentives
Rural incentives are available. Current rates include:
Recruitment bonus of $20,000 (prorated if not full time)
Relocation $9,000 - $15,000 based on move location
Fee Premium: 14%
Retention flat fee: $21,696.00
and CME to max of $5,720/year within 4 years
Rates are subject to change annually and provincially, not by the health authorities.
Candidates with a BC or Canada student loan may be eligible for BC or Canada loan forgiveness programs.
