At the heart of Princeton's healthcare landscape lies the primary care clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive services for acute and chronic care needs. The clinic is well supported by a team of administrative support staff, who work alongside the providers to make every day go smoothly. The clinic and LTC facility are both attached to the hospital, ensuring coordinated care. The hospital has 6 inpatient beds and a 24-7 emergency department as well as on-site lab and x-ray services allowing patients to access a vast majority of their care close to home.
Physicians joining the clinic have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of medical services, from regular office visits and chronic disease management, addiction care, minor procedures, offering physicians the chance to provide full spectrum care to their patients in a convenient and supportive environment.
With a manageable on-call ER schedule of 1:4 and one weekend out of every four, physicians can enjoy a balanced lifestyle while fulfilling their professional responsibilities. This full-time position encompasses a broad scope of practice, including emergency medicine, long-term care, inpatient care, and longitudinal primary care, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Recruitment bonus: $20,000
Relocation: $9,000 - $15,000 based on move location
Fee Premium: 15.23%
Annual Retention: $23,594.40
Rural CME: max of $5720.00 /year after 4 years in practice
Rural incentives are subject to change and current rates are confirmed at time of offer.

Cascade Medical Centre:
The Cascade Medical Centre is a primary care clinic offering a wide range of services for acute and chronic care. This clinic is supported by a recently updated EMR (Med Access), a full complement of administrative support staff and is conveniently attached to the Princeton General Hospital. The Cascade clinic offers appointments for regular office visits, Rapid Access appointments, chronic disease management/complex care visits as well as appointments for minor procedures.
