Our collegial 11-doctor clinic offers very flexible hours with no on-call requirements. We provide long term care and obstetrics is optional. Our longstanding clinic is located within the unique Kimberley Health Centre, providing excellent opportunities for shared care. We are proud of our team commitment and long history of training medical students and residents. Our clinic is renowned for its team-based approach to care, supported by fantastic staff and the reputedly best coffee room in BC!

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Desire to teach students and residents is an asset
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using MedAccess EMR
• Participate in shared care initiatives and community health programs
• Foster a patient-centered approach while prioritizing work-life balance

Estimated Yearly Remuneration: $350,000+ Gross
RSA Incentives
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA)
• Retention Premium: 14% or Retention Flat Fee: $21,000
• Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 - $15,000 based on move location
• Recruitment Incentive Available: $20,000

Community Health Centre offers a variety of services in one location. The types of services delivered depend on patient needs and on whether comparable services are available nearby. Centres that offer one type of specialized outpatient care procedure (such as eye surgery) are classified based on that service.
