Practice Details:

Monashee Medical Clinic: Physician wanted to join an energetic group of 5 physicians in Rossland to serve unattached patients. Diverse patient population in an active community. Clinic work can be full-time or part-time which allows for ample time to enjoy the recreational advantages of Rossland life. Possibility of practice-sharing for the right candidate. Work variety is also available through opportunities in the medical community such as hospitalist shifts, ER shifts, GP paediatrics, GP obstetrics, OR assists and other specialized GP services. Clinic has three exam rooms, and is staffed with three MOAs and an office manager. Profile EMR.

Qualifications:

- Eligible for The College of Family Physicians of Canada Cert. (CCFP)
- Doctorate in Medicine
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) is Mandatory. Additional certifications may be required pending service provided at the regional hospital (if interested in ER shifts, GP pediatrics, GP Obstetrics and so on.)

Call Schedule:

Hours of work: 9-5, plus possibility of evening clinic days
On call requirements: No call

- $270,000+
Overhead
- % of billings
- 65:35 in office; 92:8 for hospital billings; potential to buy in and reduce overhead.
RSA Incentives
- Recruitment incentive: $15,000 Additional Remuneration: Premium:11.20%, Retention Flat Fee:$12,892.80 Relocation Funding max $15,000 based on move location. Rural incentives are subject to change and current rates are confirmed at time of offer
